Brief description of the figures
The invention will be better understood by reading the following description, given only by way of example and referring to the attached drawings, in which:
- Figure 1 is an axial sectional view of an assembly according to the invention; Y
- Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view according to line II-II of Figure 1.
Detailed description of some forms of realization
In figure 1 a set of footwear according to the invention is represented, designated by general reference 2.
The shoe assembly 2 comprises a first tube 4, a second tube 6 and a shoe device 8 adapted to fit the first tube 4 in the second tube 6.
The first tube 4 comprises a shaft 10, which has an outer diameter DE. The first tube 4 comprises a fitting end 12. The first tube 4 extends along a first central axis X-X. The first tube 4 is for example cast iron and can comprise an outer and / or inner lining not shown. The coating is for example a cement-based or ZnAl-based coating.
The second tube 6 comprises a shaft 14, which has an inner diameter DI greater than the outer diameter DE. The second tube comprises a fitting end 16. The second tube 6 extends along a second central axis Y-Y. The second tube 6 is for example cast iron and can comprise an outer and / or inner lining. The coating is for example a cement-based or ZnAl-based coating.
The two central axes X-X and Y-Y are parallel to each other but are not confused. The terms "radially", "axially" and "circumferentially" will be used at

continuation with respect to the central Y-Y axis of the second tube. The first tube 4 and the second tube 6 define a medium plan PM, which extends vertically and comprises the first central axis X-X.
The first tube 4 is inserted into the second tube 6. The shaft 10 is arranged in the shaft 14 and the end of socket 12 is inserted in the end for socket 16. The first tube 4 and the second tube 6 form an interstitium between them. annul 20 and the central axes XX and YY are offset from each other.
The annular interstitium 20 comprises an upper part 22 of the interstitium and a lower part 24 of the interstitium.
The shoe device 8 keeps the first tube 4 radially separated from the second tube 6. In the present case, the first tube 4 extends at a distance from the second tube 6 over its entire surface and is not in contact with the second tube 6.
The shoe device 8 comprises at least one inflatable bag and in the present case a first inflatable bag 26 and a second inflatable bag 28. The or each inflatable bag 26, 28 is adapted to oppose a radial and axial displacement of the first tube 4 with respect to the second tube 6.
The first inflatable bag 26 is arranged in the annular gap 20, and this on the upper part 22 of this gap 20. The first inflatable bag 26 overlaps the middle plane PM, and is preferably arranged centered with respect to this middle plane PM. The disposition of an inflatable bag on the top 22 of the gap prevents the inflatable bag from supporting significant efforts and in particular the weight of the first tube 4. The risk of deflation, even a burst of the inflatable bag, is therefore minimized . The first inflatable bag 26 is arranged between the shafts 10 and 14.
As can be seen in Figure 1, a single inflatable bag, in this case the first inflatable bag 26, is arranged in a given circumference of the first tube 4. In other terms, no other inflatable bag is arranged on the circumference of the first tube 4 on the axial portion of this tube in which the first inflatable bag 26 is arranged.

The second inflatable bag 28 is also arranged between the first tube 4 and the second tube 6. The second inflatable bag 28 is arranged in the annular gap 20 and this on the top 22 of this gap 20. The second inflatable bag 28 overlaps the mid plane PM, and is preferably arranged centered with respect to this mid plane PM. The second inflatable bag 28 is disposed between the end for socket 16 and the end for socket 12. The second inflatable bag 28 is axially offset with respect to the first inflatable bag 26 and not the axially flap.
The or each inflatable bag 26, 28 comprises a valve 30 through which the inflatable bag can be inflated or deflated.
The fact that the second inflatable bag 28 is arranged at the end for fitting 16 allows access to the valve 30 to inflate or deflate the inflatable bag 28.
The or each inflatable bag 26, 28 comprises two free circumferential ends and preferably extends in less than 180 ° with respect to the central axis X-X.
Each inflatable bag is made for example in a plastic material such as polyethylene or polypropylene, in a multilayer polyethylene / polypropylene, or also in a multilayer material based on polyethylene or polypropylene coated externally with a layer of paper.
The shoe device 8 comprises a first protection band 40 as well as a second protection band 42. Each protection band 40, 42 is disposed between the first tube 4 and the second tube 6. The first tube 4 rests on the or each protection band 40, 42.
Each protection band 40, 42 comprises two circumferential ends, not shown, which are fixed together by an adhesive or by any other fixing means. Each protection band 40, 42 imprisons the first tube 4.
Each protection band 40, 42 therefore forms, in the assembled state, a protection ring.
The first protection band 40 is arranged in such a way that it fits in with the edge

end of the shaft 10. In other terms, an axial edge of the protection band 40 is aligned with the axial end of the shaft 10. Thus, the end of the shaft is protected when the insertion of the first tube into the second tube takes place.
Each protection band 40, 42 is non-inflatable and is adapted to conform to the curvature of the tubes. Each protection band 40, 42 is made of a flexible material, for example in flexible plastic material, in cardboard or in a mixture of these materials. Each protection band 40, 42 has for example a thickness between 3 mm and 6 mm. Each protection band is solid or comprises meshes. The protection band 40, 42 is for example made of polyethylene or other plastic material, or also of a recycled material based on cardboard and plastic materials.
The second protection band 42 is axially displaced from the first protection band 40 and is separated from this or not the axially flap. The first 40 and the second 42 protection bands are arranged in the shaft 14 of the second tube 6.
The first inflatable bag 26 and the first protection band 40 overlap axially or are axially aligned. The second inflatable bag 28 and the second protection band 42 are axially offset from each other and do not overlap axially. As a variant not shown, the second inflatable bag 28 and the second protection band 42 can also overlap axially.
In the case where the second tube 6 comprises an inner liner, the or each protection band 40, 42 is disposed on this liner.
The footwear of the first tube 4 in the second tube 6 is made as follows:
First, the or each protection band 40, 42 is arranged around the first tube 4. This is done by joining the two ends of each protection band 40, 42.
Then the first tube 4 is inserted into the second tube 6. When the insertion takes place, the protective bands protect the first tube 4.
Next, the first tube 4 is placed, with the protection bands 40, 42 in the second tube 6.
5
10
fifteen
twenty
25
30
35
And then, the or each inflatable bag 26, 28 is inserted in the deflated state in the gap 20 created between the two tubes 4, 6.
Finally, the or each inflatable bag 26, 28 is inflated until the or each inflatable bag is applied against the first and second tubes 4, 6. The pressure at which the or each inflatable bag is inflated is sufficient to prevent displacement of the first tube in the second tube, and is in particular less than 5 bar.
According to a variant, the shoe device differs from the shoe device 8 described above in the following.
The protection bands 40, 42 are replaced by protection plates. The footwear device comprises a first protection plate, which is arranged axially at the location of the first protection band 40, and a second protection plate, which is axially arranged at the location of the second protection band 42. Each plate of protection comprises two free circumferential ends and extends in less than 180 ° with respect to the XX axis. These protection plates are arranged in the lower part 24 of the annular gap 20. Each protection plate overlaps the middle plane PM, and is preferably arranged centered with respect to this plane PM.
With respect to the footwear procedure described above with reference to the protection bands, the footwear procedure that uses the variant of the footwear device is modified as follows:
First, prior to the insertion of the first tube 4 in the second tube 6, the or each protection plate 40, 42 is arranged in the second tube 6 instead of providing protection bands around the first tube 4.
Then, after insertion of the first tube, the first tube 4 is placed on the or each protection plate, instead of placing the first tube 4 with the protection bands 40, 42 in the second tube 6.
In general, the protection bands 40, 42 may be replaced by others.
non-inflatable or non-expandable protection organs.
As a variant, the or each inflatable bag can be replaced by an expandable fit, such as a jack or a spring. In general, the expandable fit has an expanded state 5, which corresponds to the inflated state of an inflatable bag, and a retracted state, which corresponds to the deflated state of the inflatable bag.
In the expanded state, the expandable fit opposes an axial and radial displacement of the tubes. In the retracted state, the expandable fit is insertable between the two tubes.
10
Footwear set 8 has the following advantages:
It is inexpensive since the protection bands, the protection plates and the inflatable bags are low cost.
fifteen
The assembly is simple and fast, in particular since the inflatable bags and the protection bands or the protection plates are independent elements and can be arranged one after the other in the tube 6.
20 The footwear set can be used with different tube diameters and / or with different diameter separations between two tubes 4, 6.
Likewise, an axial locking device between the first and the second tube is not necessary, thanks to the friction of the inflatable bags between the two tubes or more generally thanks to the friction of the expandable elements between the two tubes.
